Hi I am Greta, the Founder and Event Director of Nova Events.
I grew up a small town girl in Bulgaria, the daughter of a chef. My fresh and unique party planning style and the dream to be an event planner was born directly from my family’s kitchen.
I took a leap of faith and moved to New York and instantly fell into the niche of the Hospitality industry and NYC’s elite wedding and event planning world. After 17 years of luxury event planning experience, and 7 years as the premiere event planner for one of New York City’s finest and most cutting edge event planning and catering establishments, I feel right at home designing and managing high-end customized weddings and corporate celebrations. When I am presented with a challenge, I love to use my imagination and fast problem solving skills to transforms it into the perfect moment to think outside the box, create something exciting, unique, and new. Excited to share that recently we expanded our business to Florida. We now offer the same exquisite services and expertise to clients in Miami and South Florida.
I strongly believe that me and my team at Nova Events bring balance and harmonic poise to the planning and execution of each event we create. Born under the stars of entertainment, food, and celebration, I am lucky to be doing what I love, fulfilling my destiny with the creation of Nova Events.

The fun stuff:
I am a wife and a mom of Maximilian Jagger. I love day dreaming and looking for inspiration at anything Boho; decor, lifestyle, wisdom. I consider myself to be a spiritual gangster and try with all my heart to be as authentically me as I can. I love a good Negroni and to dance around my the home office every chance I get. Palm trees are my spirit plant, but proteas make my soul sing.
